Forms of Payment Accepted
We accept all major credit cards and other forms of payment like Apple Pay and PayPal. A 3% service fee will be added to all credit card payments.
We require $10,000 to hold a hunt further out than one year, then 50% by November 1, prior to the year you are hunting. Balance of hunt must be received by May 1st of the year you are hunting. Deposits are transferable to another hunt as partial payment or refunded minus 20% of the hunt charges. We strongly recommend trip and travel insurance. - A $2,400 fee per person Charter Fee will be added to every hunt (round trip Norman Wells/Hay Hook Lake Base Camp) plus $100 Hunter Preservation Fund fee. This fee supports the protection and promotion of hunting in Canada. It will also entitle each hunter to receive a one year subscription to Mountain Hunter magazine.

- Licenses and license fees are to be paid before the hunt commences, including any possible add-on species you may be interested in. Harvest fees are paid to the N.W.T. Government upon harvest and completion of the hunt. You will not be charged the harvest fee for animals not harvested.

Trip Extras
One non-hunter can be accommodated on all hunts for an additional $9,000.00 (USD) plus $2,400.00 (USD) charter fee.
All species hunted include deployment and one move by helicopter. Any helicopter moves requested by the client beyond our included one move per species is an additional $2,400.00 per hour. For clients wishing to depart earlier or later than the scheduled charter flights, it can be arranged for between $4,500-$7,500 per flight and can accommodate 2-6 people, respectively.
